Made it over to my sisters house to see how both her and Hobbes are doing…  my sister hasn’t been feeling too good and she hasn’t really had much of an appetite.

My niece on the other hand is drowning a lot more formula in one sitting.  She’s also opening her eyes a lot more and she’s moving around a lot more when awake.

Its crazy to think that by Christmas, she’ll be almost a month old and possibly a lot bigger.  I can see why people want to take in so much time with newborns.

I’m looking forward to this kid being awake and loudly upset.

A fascinating figure who’s had a number of things named after him in Texas, including the City of Seguin which was founded in 1838 - back when it was a Republic.

His accomplishments are too vast to list, but they
