"Better Things" by the Kinks is not only one of my favorite tracks by the legendary band but one of my favorite Side B - Last Tracks of all time.

One thing that has always amazed me about this song is that there’s a spirit within the track that reminds me a lot of the Replacements.

This song recently made its way back into my listening rotation after watching the Adam Sandler movie “Grown Ups” with my mom the other day… much to my surprise this track was featured in the middle of the 2nd act.

I hate it when bad movies feature amazing songs….
