ToobingWhen the idea of Toobing in the Guadalupe/Comal River came up last week... I passively said "yea, that sounds awesome". A canned response I typically give out when asked if I'm interested in catching a movie in late July when it comes out to theaters... I never occurs to me that said responses can come back in a few days or weeks later to bite me in the ass.I'll be the first person to admit that I better time in the Comal, than I ever expected. It's something that sorta kicked off the start to our second summer together and I look forward to doing it again in the near future.
2 Gallons of HoochSo one of the perks of toobing is that you get to take in the sun and drink like a fish for a few hours as you slowly move along the Comal River. Rhiannon and I made sure to mix up a batch of RivrDrank: 2 parts Skinny Girl Pineapple Mix, 2 parts Club Soda and 6 parts Southern ComfortThe tonic was delicious.
