Finally got around to watching “the Watch”… the Ben Stiller movie that came out sometime this summer.
The movie turned out to be a little ATTACK THE BLOCK… but not done all that entirely well.
That being said… if it didn’t have aliens and an alarming amount of semen jokes (didn’t see that coming either) - I think I would have stopped it half way thru.

I forget how I stumbled across this album… but clearly recall hearing it the first time while working on an unforgivable assignment in a dimly lit office at work.
My attraction to the Tins was immediate because of how familiar they were to the ear… It was like hearing a stripped down New Pornographers band and James Mercer (the Shins) on vocals. Well to me at least…

Had the privilege of hosting our D & D game this month… in all, we had a total of 6 participants (including Chivo, who got a character sheet well into the night) and an embarrassment of beer and snacks.
I need to plunk down some money and get me some personal D & D books to keep up with the other guys.
I hit the MAC motherload today at work… I got word this morning that a co-worker had been released and his equipment could potentially go unused.
When asked if I would consider working on a Mac platform and assist a small set of Mac users at work - I agreed to make the jump, not knowing what I would be getting in return.

A little part of my Apple Fanboy got nervous when I decided to not replace my Apple TV 2 with an Apple TV 3, but with a Roku HD.
The biggest reason for deciding to so, was because Roku has an in with HBO GO, an application that currently doesn’t play thru Apple TV.
As luck would have it… the HBO Go website is currently not allowing me to easily validate my fucking access.
Roku interface is OK. I use it primarily for Netflix and I paid 35 bucks… all in all. 3.5 our of 5 stars.
